Healthwise Care Center & Physical Therapy has partnered with the Chugiak Soccer Club to develop a new injury prevention model. Where past injury prevention programs consisted of 15-20 exercises that take up valuable practice time, our program utilizes a progression of 5 exercise sets, that are specifically designed to meet atheletes at their own level. Having trained the coaches to identify the differences between good and bad/dangerous biomechanics, they are now equipped to properly progress the athletes through each exercise set as their abilities improve.

We at Healthwise have also designed a pre-practice/game warm-up routine to prevent elbow injury in athletes participating in softball and baseball.
