How can Physical Therapy help me?

Physical Therapists’ perform an extensive physical examination including screening for other medical conditions to determine the cause or contributing factors to your pain. We then work with you to develop a plan of care to help improve your pain and function. Treatment may include:

  • Exercise to strengthen or stretch specific muscles to promote healing, mobility, and/or stability

  • Movement retraining and motor control activities to correct faulty movement patterns

  • Manual therapy to improve joint mobility and muscle function

  • Dry needling to improve myofascial pain, blood flow, and muscle facilitation

  • Home exercise program: to reinforce what is performed in the clinic.

Our physical therapists are specialists in many areas. Below is a partial list of areas of treatment. We also treat injuries associated with Motor Vehicle Accidents and Worker's Compensation.
