Treating While You Train?

As clinicians with a focus on orthopedic and sports injuries and rehabilitation, we are often asked about what gear and equipment we use to help keep ourselves going. So without further ado, here is a short list of some of the tools we have found beneficial with a cost-effective focus (we have absolutely no affiliation with any products, rather this is a list gathered from fellow clients, athletes, and clinical experience): Resistance Bands: Theraband with build in loops for multiple foot/hand/set up variables (each color is a different resistance).
